For the next stage of my assignment, I have retraced my original sharpie images and filled in certain sections in order to designate positive and negative space. This is so that I can cut these images out of black paper and not have to deal with recreating impossibly thin linework. I am able to cut larger, simpler shapes that will still retain the original composition of the photos while also being manageable with an exacto knife.
